We offer a wide range of encapsulated transformers. Due to their construction, and because they are vacuum-encapsulated with self-extinguishing epoxy resin, they offer additional insulation, which improves the safety of the equipment.

They are divided into three standard ranges for assembly on a printed circuit:

• Encapsulated EE or “mini
  • Primary 230V or 115V.
  • Wide range of secondary voltages from 6V to 2 V.
  • Power from 0.35VA to 0.5VA.
• Encapsulated UI or extraflat
  • Double primary 2 x 115 V.
  • Output voltages with 1 or 2 secondaries for series or parallel connection from 6V to 48V.
  • Power from 3 VA to 60 VA.
• Encapsulated EI
  • Primary 230V or 115V.
  • Output voltages with 1 or 2 secondaries for series or parallel connection from 6 V to 48 V.
  • Power from 0.5 VA to 60 VA.

Our encapsulated transformers are 100% RoHS compliant and all are manufactured to ISO EN 61558 safety standard.

We manufacture encapsulated Transformers with several input voltages ( 48 – 100 – 400 – 430 or 600 Volts ), for instance. We also design and manufacture customized output voltages.
